Ring Me Agreement is a legal agreement between user and Rach Pte Ltd doing business as Ring Me and hereinafter referred to as Ring Me. We urge you to carefully read the following terms and conditions, and all policies referenced on the Agreement Section.
(For Caller):
30 seconds grace period is applied on each call.
You consult with Advisors at your own risk.
Rach does not provide Advisor Services in any manner therefore Rach will not be responsible for any conversation between Caller and Advisor.
(For Advisor):
30 second grace period is applied on each call.
If Ring Me accepts your Member Sign-Up Form, you will become a Member as well as Advisor having access to the Site and providing Advisor Services only under the policies, terms and conditions below. Public will be referred to as Caller calling into service line for Member's service.
The terms and conditions limit Ring Me's liability and obligations to you and allow Ring Me to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Site and Advisor Services.
(For Caller): By placing call to Ring Me, you agree on Ring Me call rate, and each phone call will be charged according to its call rate. Based on our Terms&Conditions, Rach will not approve on demand of refund for the phone call you have made.
(For Advisor):
Rach's payment responsibilities for Advisor Services you provide are subject to restrictions and limitations.
As an Advisor, you may charge Callers a price per-minute fee as part of the listed rate. Rach will retain connection charges for each call in the amount of Rach's then current connection charges. Rach reserves the right to change the amount of connection charges retained by Rach at any time.
(For Caller):
Ring Me services are available only to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Rach do not bear any responsibility for misuse of services by underage users.
Rach acts only as an interface to facilitate communications initiated between Caller and Advisor. Rach does not make any form of guarantee on any services by Advisors. You are advised to use your own judgment to determine whether to use the Advisor Services. Caller who initiate, receive and/or discontinue use of the Advisor Services do so entirely at their own risk, and Rach bears no responsibility in this regard.
(For Advisor):
You, as a Advisor providing Advisor Services, are solely responsible for the content provided and the content on listings created under your Member account.
Rach does not permit Advisors to post banner ads or any external link on Advisor Profile. However, you may contact our customer support if you are intended to advertise with our website banner ads.
(For Caller/Advisor):Except as explicitly stated herein, we do not sell, rent or trade any personally identifiable information to third parties. Rach may also disclose your personal information to appropriate authorities and to banks associated with your Member account in order to prevent or report suspected fraud and illegal activities, in order to prevent harm to any persons or if Rach believes in good faith that the law requires it.
In some cases, the government can compel the disclosure of information about you, and Rach will need to comply, in which case you authorize it to do so. You also consent to Rach disclosing information about you in connection with disputes involving other Members, and to actual or potential parties to a lawsuit or action that Rach is or may become involved in, (a) if Rach is required to do so, (b) if Rach reasonably believes that such disclosures will potentially mitigate its liability, or (c) for Rach to enforce its rights. Rach may disclose some personally identifiable information to vendors and third-party service providers in connection with communications and payments to Members and other aspects of operating and promoting Rach's Site and Advisory Services.
Rach may modify our Member Agreement, or suspend or terminate your use of the Site, at any time without notice to you.
(For Caller):Rach will not be liable to you for any damages arising out of use of the site or Advisor Service.
You are solely responsible for all use made of the Site and Advisor Services and agree to pay for all Advisor Services purchased using phone account information. (For Advisor): Ring Me is a service provided by Rach Pte.Ltd. Rach prohibits the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials and trademarks.
Rach has adopted and implemented a policy, stated below, that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of Members who infringe or are believed to be infringing the rights of copyright holders or of holders of federally registered trademarks (and unregistered trademarks in certain circumstances).
