1. Install Webphone. (Please refer to Webphone Guide for the installation guide.)
2. Enter 3333 as Webphone Username and Password.
3. Press 'Login' to register your webphone
4. Dial the 1900 9111 XXX number of the Advisor you want to call.
5. Select your language option as prompted
6. Enter your login Id and login Password when prompted. (Same as your Login Id and Password for caller membership. FOLLOWED BY # KEY!)
7. Enter the 4 digit call code of the advisor you're calling.
Now, you're able to chat with the Advisor.
